Warrick has demonstrated skills in exploring and implementing technology as an enabler, improving client experience and lifting the financial performance and ongoing sustainability of the firms he has led. Most recently, Warrick’s drive and focus assisted Coleman Greig in being recognized as 2019 “Outstanding Law Firm of the Year” at the Women Lawyers Association of NSW Awards, and recently the firm was the only law

Bronwyn is a strategic thinker with a future focus. She enjoys working with businesses that want to change their paradigm, therefore has specific experience in practice succession, management and leadership in the legal profession and the businesses that support the profession. Most recently, Bronwyn was the CEO of Holman Webb and now consults for her own Strategic Solutions business, while also serving on a rather eclectic portfolio of board positions which notably includes being a Program Board Member, Master Legal Business, at The College of Law.

Dion Cusack

A seasoned professional leader, Dion’s pragmatic and critical thinking skills enable him to achieve innovative, fresh, commercial outcomes that are well calculated, timely, appropriate and original. He is the founder and Director of Cusack Partners, a successful real estate investment, development and management firm, in addition to having held accountability for financial and operational management and performance across a variety of public and private sector organisations. Dion engages with staff and peers to lead and create high performing teams and organisations by fostering a positive, flexible, and results driven culture. Complemented by skills in human resources, technology, client, brand, strategic development, governance, business improvement and change management, Dion has also acquired specialist skills in audit, compliance, insurance, risk and business continuity management, corporate and commercial law. While currently engaged as a Corporate Services Manager at K&L Gates, he is also President of the Australasian Legal Practices Management Association (ALPMA).
