The transport and logistics sector has a number of unique workplace challenges that will be addressed by a panel of industry experts in this one-hour webinar. Workplace experience is a holistic approach to creating the optimal environment for employees to do their work. It examines how space and technology can drive better business outcomes—from employee productivity and engagement to talent retention and lower real estate costs. The transport and logistics sector’s top workplace, real estate, and people and culture professionals will share how they are planning to create successful workplaces in the wake of the growth in hybrid working. Naomi Frauenfelder

CEO, Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds

Naomi brings a wealth of experience to her role as Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds inaugural CEO.

Naomi was previously Executive Director of the TrackSAFE Foundation- an Australian rail industry not-for-profit, that addresses suicide on the rail network and the resultant trauma caused to train drivers and other frontline staff. It is this experience that Naomi draws upon in leading Healthy Heads, to strengthen and grow the organisation and work to improve mental health in the trucking and logistics industry.

Naomi has spent her career to date honing her passion for working nationally to unite industries behind significant causes such as health and wellbeing, providing individuals and organisations with the resources they need to face challenges head-on, creating cultures of care and support.

Naomi holds a Bachelor and Masters from Monash University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
