James is Senior Director of Real Estate & Projects at Salesforce. He brings to this role 20 years of executive experience managing property, facilities, and support services with Salesforce, Intel, International Property Services, Walker Corporation & Mirvac.
He is responsible for commercial, retail, industrial, and residential property at both a strategic and operational level and has experience in project management, planning, telecommunications, infrastructure, real estate services (CRE, FM & PM), maintenance services, and customer services.
James specialises in the ability to re-organise and set quality standards, reduce costs and increase turnover. Working with high technology applications is second nature and he prides himself on superior stakeholder management.
Joel Oldridge

Joel has worked in workplace and facilities management for over 14 years. Joining the software company Xero in 2014, he’s been part of some rocketing growth across Australia and SE Asia.
Joel’s current role sees him developing and managing the property strategy in Australia and SE Asia, project managing office fit outs and overseeing the workplace experience. With a service-mindset and determination to improve workplace experience, Joel is striving hard to make great spaces for Xeros to do the best work of their lives.

Cassandra leads the team at Axiom Workplaces as Head of Design & Strategy. She has over 20 years’ experience globally as a design leader and consultant working extensively on a wide range of global workplace, commercial, industrial, retail, luxury residential and government projects. She specialises in strategic planning, client briefing, all aspects of design through to delivery.
Cassandra has an extremely strong work ethic and commitment to any project, combining a high level of design skill with an ability to communicate with all parties in a manner that engages, uncovering the client’s needs, purpose and strategic goals, resulting in functional and inspiring spaces. She is writer and regular expert presenter on the future of workplace at conferences such as Workplace Wellness Festival and Space IQ: Return Agile.

Prior to Forestlyn, Lucy has over 15 years of experience at international companies including American Express, Qantas, AMP and HERE Technologies and lived in 5 countries worldwide. She currently sits on the Australian Computer Society’s Branch Executive Committee and was the past President of the University of Sydney Business School Alumni Network.
